Biography
Alex Bouaziz is cofounder and CEO of HR software company Deel.
In 2019, Bouaziz started Deel with MIT classmate Shuo Wang to make it easier for companies to hire employees globally.
Deel raised funding at a $17.3 billion valuation in October 2025 and surpassed $1 billion in annual recurring revenue earlier in the year.
Bouaziz was born in France and lived in both Paris and Tel Aviv, Israel growing up.
His father, Philippe Bouaziz, is Deel's chairman and CFO.
