Bernard Fraisse & family

Bernard Fraisse is the CEO of Fareva, one of the world's largest contract pharmaceutical, household and cosmetics companies.

After getting his degree in mechanical engineering, Fraisse worked as a chemical salesman before starting his own business in 1990.

The first year his company generated $4.5 million in revenue. In 2022, Fareva pulled in $2.1 billion in revenue.

He refuses to take any private equity money and intends to keep the company in family hands and independent.

Fareva, headquartered in Luxembourg, has 13,000 employees and 41 locations around the world.
