The company's products are widely used in new energy vehicles, industrial machinery and robots.

More than one-third of its revenue comes from overseas markets in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Before founding the company in 1997, Cao worked at a machinery factory in Wuxi.

His daughter Cao Yi serves as vice chairman.
