Carolin Hachenberg

Carolin Hachenberg is the daughter of Erwin Hymer, founder of the Erwin Hymer Group, a German maker of motor homes.

Hymer owned about half of the company when it was acquired by Thor in 2018 for $1.7 billion.

Erwin Hymer entered the motorhome business in 1956 and sold his first travel trailer, the Weltbummler, a year later.

The company became publicly traded in 1990 and was take private again in 2013.
