Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser is the chairwoman and largest shareholder of family-owned CLAAS, a German manufacturer of combines and agricultural machinery.

CLAAS was founded in 1913 by August Claas and his brothers Bernhard, Franz and Theo, after they built a pioneering innovation for a straw binder aimed at boosting profits on their family farm.

CLAAS is based in Harsewinkel, Germany and has annual revenue of almost 5 billion euros.

Along with Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser, the company's shareholders include the families of Helmut Claas, Gunther Claas and Reinhold Claas.
