Biography
Chang Yun Chung cofounded Pacific International Lines in 1967 as a coastal operator with two second-hand ships.
After 51 years at the helm, Chang handed over the chairmanship baton in April 2018 to his son, Teo Siong Seng.
The company celebrated its 50th anniversary in March 2017.
The company is reportedly looking to sell a stake to Singapore's Heliconia Capital, a Temasek unit.
