Chen Weiliang is the chairman and CEO of Chinese semiconductor company MetaX Integrated Circuits Shanghai.
The company went public in Shanghai in December 2025, raising $593 million.
MetaX's products are used in sectors including digital twins, smart city and self driving.
Chen worked as a senior executive for chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in China for 13 years before founding MetaX in 2020.
