Chen Zhuolin is the chairman and founder of real estate developer Agile Group.

Chen founded Agile Group in 1992.

He started out in business by creating Dynasty Furniture in Guangdong Province in 1985.

Agile Group listed at Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005.

Chen has donated more than $7 million to Hainan Tropical Ocean University.
