Biography

Chung Yong-ji is the founder and CEO of South Korean biotechnology company Caregen, best known for its anti-wrinkle treatment and diabetes supplement.

U.S.-educated Chung founded Caregen in 2001 and listed on Korea's technology-rich Kosdaq stock exchange in 2015.

Caregen sells its products to more than 130 countries, and its biggest markets are in the Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

The company's other major revenue source is an injectable product called Dr. CYJ Hair Filler, which claims to help regrow hair.
