Biography

Cui Lixin is the chairman of aluminum smelter Chuangxin Industries Holdings.

He took the Inner Mongolia-based firm public in Hong Kong in November 2025, raising $706 million.

Cui is also the chairman of Shanghai-listed Innovation New Material Technology, an aluminum product maker that counts Foxconn as one of its customers.

The mogul worked for almost two decades at various government-affiliated companies before striking out on his own.
