Daniel & William Roberts

Brothers Daniel and William Roberts cofounded Nasdaq-listed IREN, which builds data centers for AI and high performance computing.

They are both co-CEOs of the Sydney-headquartered company, which was listed on NASDAQ in November 2021.

IREN is building a 1,800-acre, 2 gigawatt AI data center in Sweetwater, Texas, about 230 miles from Dallas.

The company's client list includes Microsoft, which signed a five-year AI cloud services contract worth $9.7 billion in 2025.

The brothers worked with investment bank Macquarie in Sydney advising on capital markets, infrastructure and renewable energy, before striking out on their own.
