Biography
David Golub is president of Golub Capital, a private credit firm with $75 billion in capital under management, and CEO of Golub Capital BDC.
After stints at Centre Partners and Corporate Partners, a fund affiliated with Lazard, Golub joined his brother Lawrence at Golub Capital in 2003.
Golub Capital specializes in lending to middle market companies backed by private equity sponsors and has offices throughout the U.S. and in London.
Golub is on the board of Burton Snowboards and supports numerous nonprofits, including the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
