Dora Voigt de Assis is one of the largest individual shareholders of WEG, the largest manufacturer of electrical motors in Latin America.

The company was cofounded by her grandfather Werner Ricardo Voigt along with late billionaires Eggon Joao da Silva and Geraldo Werninghaus.

A publicly-traded multinational with factories in over ten countries, WEG has annual revenue of approximately $7 billion.

Dora does not hold a board seat or any executive position at WEG; she graduated from university with an architecture degree in 2020.
