Eddie & Sol Zakay

Brothers Sol and Eddie Zakay are chairman and deputy-chairman of Topland Group, an investment group with a substantial real estate portfolio.

In February 2019, Topland sold the 26 hotels under its Hallmark brand for approximately $325 million (250 million British pounds).

Among its current hotel properties are London's Hilton Brighton Metropole, the luxurious Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath and the Glasgow Hilton.

The Zakay brothers launched Topland in the U.K. in the 1980s. The group also has interests in lending, healthcare and natural resources.
