Biography
Edward Netylko founded Pulse Pharmaceutical company in 1996, which became one of Russia's top three drug distributors in 2015.
In 2023, Pulse won first place in a rating of Russian pharmaceutical distributors.
The company delivers drugs to more than 60,000 pharmacies and medical institutions in Russia and employs 3,000 people.
In the1990s Netylko worked at NPO Lavochkin, a Russian aerospace company; NPO was a key contractor of the Soviet space program, Venera, which ran from 1961 to 1984.
Netylko was born in Orsha, Belarus.
