Han Arming Hanafia cofounded DCI Indonesia with Otto Toto Sugiri and Marina Budiman in 2011.

The company is one of Indonesia's largest operators of data centers.

Hanafia has a minority stake in DCI Indonesia. He sold his shares in Indonet, a listed internet service provider, in 2023.
