Biography

Hao Tang is a pre-IPO investor in AI-powered advertising technology company AppLovin, which went public on the Nasdaq in 2021.

He owned 4% of AppLovin as of December 2024, when he dropped below the SEC's disclosure threshold.

Tang is one of eight billionaires from AppLovin, including the company's cofounder and CEO Adam Foroughi.

Little is known about Tang, though securities filings list a business address for him on the same street in Hong Kong as another mysterious billionaire AppLovin investor, Ling Tang.
