Biography
Ilya Scherbovich established the investment manager UCP Investment Group in 2006.
Among his first deals were selling companies with exploration licences to Novatek and buying 10% of retail operator Fashion Continent.
UCP's assets under management currently exceed $3 billion.
Scherbovich has served on the boards of Russian state companies Sberbank, Transneft and Rosneft.
