Biography
Ishay Davidi is the Chairman, CEO, and founder of FIMI Opportunity Funds, Israel's first and largest private equity firm in terms of assets under management.
Since 1996, FIMI has raised seven private equity funds (three of which are currently active), with over $4.3 billion in capital commitments.
It has also completed 108 investments and 76 exits, generating over $9 billion in transaction value.
FIMI specializes in acquiring and scaling mature Israeli and Israel-related companies across diverse sectors, including automotive, electronics, aviation, energy, and logistics.
