Biography
Joachim Goldbeck derives his fortune from the eponymous construction company founded by his father, Ortwin Goldbeck, in 1969.
His two brothers are co-CEOs of the German builder, which has 12,500 employees and 100 locations worldwide.
One of its country's largest developers, Goldbeck completes more than 500 projects annually; its services include factories, warehouses, offices, schools, parking lots and residential buildings.
He and his brothers each own about a third of the company.
