Kamlesh Jain is chairman of Chennai-based Jain Resources Recyling, which recycles lead, copper and aluminum scrap.
The company has three recycling facilities in Chennai.
It gets raw materials from more than 120 countries and recycles them.
The company exports the finished products to more than 20 countries including Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The company was founded in 1953 by his father Shantilal Jain as Jain Metal Rolling Mills for making brass and copper. It pivoted into recycling in 2013.
