Biography
Liu Ko-chen, also known as K.C. Liu, is the chairman of Advantech, a supplier of industrial computing devices and software.
Liu cofounded Advantech in 1983 at age 29 with two colleagues from HP Taiwan.
Advantech is the world's largest industrial PC maker with a 41% market share.
Liu's sons, Wesley and Tony, sit on the board.

Before Advantech he was an R&D engineer and later a sales engineer for HP Taiwan in the Instrument Department.
