Kokuei Yuan

Kokuei Yuan is a director of Hong Kong-based crypto exchange Bullish.

Bullish was founded in 2020 and went public on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2025.

Yuan owns a 25% stake in the company. Bullish cofounder Brendan Blumer owns 28% and is also a billionaire.

Yuan previously served as executive chairman of block.one, a digital asset investment firm that Blumer cofounded in 2016. Bullish was majority-owned by block.one until 2024.

Yuan, who studied economics and studio art at Tufts University, worked as an investment banker earlier in his career.
