Lee Yeow Seng inherited stakes in IOI group, a palm oil and property empire built by his father Lee Sin Cheng.

Lee and his older brother Lee Yeow Chor run the group.

Like his brother, Lee Yeow Seng studied law at Kings College, London.

Yeow Seng is the CEO of IOI Properties.

His brother Lee Yeow Chor is group managing director and chief executive of IOI Corporation, the main listed arm.

The late Lee grew up on a rubber plantation where his father ran a Chinese food shop.
