Biography

Lev Kvetnoi has invested in airports, airport services, banking and cement.

Kvetnoi was the largest shareholder in Moscow's Vnukovo Airport, owning 30% of the project, until he sold out in 2013 and quit its board.

In 2011 he expanded his cement holdings by acquiring one of billionaire Elena Baturina's factories in southern Russia.

About

For a time Kvetnoi served as chief executive of a company in billionaire Alisher Usmanov's metals group, but he sold out his interests to Usmanov in 2006.

In the early 1990s, Kvetnoi traded computers with an army friend Andrei Skoch, who is now also billionaire.
