Li Min is the chairman of Rockchip Electronics, a supplier of integrated circuits specializing in the intelligent internet of things (IoT) segment.

Rockchip's clients include Intel, Samsung and Google.

Li cofounded Rockchip in the southern China city of Fuzhou in 2001. Huang Xu, another cofounder, is also a billionaire.
