Biography
Lim Sung-ki is the founder and chairman of Hanmi Pharm, one of the country's top drug makers.
Together with his family, Lim is the majority owner of holding company Hanmi Science, which is also publicly traded.
He began with a small pharmacy in Seoul in 1973 and expanded seven years later by launching Hanmi Pharmaceutical Industry.
About
His company's first product was an antibacterial powder.
In 2016 Lim announced he would transfer $90 million worth of shares as bonuses to employees after seeing a stellar year in 2015.
