Biography
Liu Debing is the chairman of Chinese AI firm Knowledge Atlas Technology.
Also known as Zhipu.AI, the company went public in Hong Kong in January 2026, raising $560 million.
The AI model developer, which sells its services in China and Southeast Asia, previously raised funding from investors including Ant Group, Tencent and Qiming Venture Partners.
The firm was added to the U.S. government's entity list in 2025, barring it from acquiring advanced American technology.
