Luo Yuhao is vice president of Shanghai-based online games developer miHoYo.
He cofounded miHoYo in 2012 with college friends, Cai Haoyu and Liu Wei.
The company is best known for its anime-styled adventure games such as Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.
Cai and Liu are also billionaires.
Apple CEO Tim Cook described that he found a "phenomenal team" at company after a visit to its headquarters in 2023.
