Maggie Gu is a cofounder and general manager at international online fashion retailer Shein.

Founded in 2012, Shein today has more than 10,000 employees serving customers in more than 150 countries.

In the U.S. alone, Shein has more than 1,500 corporate and warehouse employees in cities including Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

Cofounders Sky Xu, Molly Miao and Ren Xiaoqing are also billionaires.

Facing regulatory hurdles to an IPO in the U.S., Shein has been mulling a London listing.
