Biography

María Asunción Aramburuzabala inherited her father's stake in beer giant Grupo Modelo when she was just 32 years old.

Her grandfather cofounded the company in 1925 in Mexico City. In 2013, Modelo was sold to Anheuser Busch for $20 billion.

She has served as CEO of investment firm Tresalia Capital since 1996, investing in companies like Tory Burch and Casper.

She holds shares in beauty product manufacturer Coty Inc. and serves on its board.
