Martin Klenk is cofounder and CTO of enterprise software startup Celonis.
The Munich-based company was valued by private investors at $13 billion in 2022. Klenk owns a 16% stake.
The company disputes Forbes' valuation, which accounts for the downturn in private markets since the company's last funding round.
Klenk's cofounders Bastian Nominacher and Alexander Rinke are also billionaires. Nominacher and Rinke serve as co-CEOs.
Celonis' cofounders launched the company in 2011 after graduating from Technical University of Munich.
