Biography

Massimo Doris is the CEO of Italian bank Banca Mediolanum, which was founded by his father Ennio (d. 2021) in 1982.

He became CEO in 2008, when his father stepped down from the top job; he first joined the family firm in 1996.

While at Mediolanum, he also worked as a sales assistant at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse until he joined Mediolanum full-time in 1999.
