Biography
Maxim Shubarev is the founder of Setl Group, one of Russia's largest real estate developers.
Shubarev first worked as a radio equipment assembler before starting Petersburg Real Estate in the 1990s.
In 2006 the company rebranded and changed its name to Setl Group.
The company has built about 350 apartment buildings in three decades.
