Biography

Michelle Zatlyn is president of Cloudflare, the internet infrastructure and security company she cofounded in 2009.

Cloudflare went public in 2019 and reached annual revenue of $1.7 billion in 2024.

The Canadian native met her cofounder Matthew Prince while attending Harvard Business School.

Zatlyn was previously a product manager at Toshiba and a founding team member of Canadian employee rewards firm Achievers.

She owns around 2% of Cloudflare's stock and sits on the board of collaboration software firm Atlassian.
