Molly Miao

Molly Miao is a cofounder and chief operating officer of fast fashion giant Shein.

Founded in 2012, Shein today has more than 10,000 employees serving customers in more than 150 countries.

It ventured offline in 2023, teaming up with Sparc Group, the operator of fast fashion chain Forever 21, to step into the retailer's locations across the U.S.

Facing regulatory hurdles to an IPO in the U.S., Shein has been mulling a London listing.

Miao is a graduate of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
