Biography

Park Dong-suk is the founder and CEO of Korean electrical transformer manufacturer Sanil Electric.

He set up the company in 1994 after working at Korean competitor manufacturer Yuil Electric.

More than 60% of Sanil Electric's revenue comes from the U.S. Its customers include utilities giants GE Vernova, PG&E and Duke Energy.

The company went public in 2024, raising 266 billion won ($190 million).
