Biography
Pat Neal founded Neal Communities, a private Florida homebuilder, in 1970.
Since then, the company has built over 25,000 homes and lots in Southwest Florida.
Neal is currently developing Skysail, a planned 640-acre community amid 240 acres of lakes in Naples that will have some 1,800 homes.
He served in the Florida state legislature from 1974 to 1986 and was also on Governor Rick Scott's transition team.
About
Neal currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Florida Tax Watch, a non-partisan government watchdog.
Neal attended the University of Pennsylvania's business school at the same time as Donald Trump in the 1960s.
