Biography

Pavel Golubkov owns 37% of home builder Samolet Group, which operates in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

Golubkov founded Samolet with his partner and Mikhail Kenin in 2012. The pair went to university together.

The fast growing company went public on the Moscow Stock Exchange in October 2020.

Samolet is building residential complexes on land owned by such Russian billionaires as Roman Abramovich and Alexander Svetakov.
