Pawel Marchewka is the founder and CEO of Polish videogame company, Techland.
Founded in 1991, Techland is the publisher of zombie-themed titles including the Dead Island and Dying Light franchises.
Techland was sold to Chinese technology giant Tencent in 2024 for a reporrted 6.9 billion zloty ($1.7 billion).
The sale to Tencent came on the heels of news about internal struggles and layoffs at the gaming company.
