Biography
Ramesh Juneja is chairman and director of Mankind Pharma, which he cofounded alongside his younger brother Rajeev Juneja in 1995.
The company sells generic drugs including antibiotics and treatments for cardiovascular diseases in over two dozen markets worldwide.
The moguls took the company public in India in May 2023, raising 43.3 billion rupees ($529 million).
His U.K.-educated son Arjun is the company's chief operating officer. He led Mankind's entry into international markets, including the U.S.
The company also makes popular brands of condoms and pregnancy test kits.
