Ren Xiaoqing

A cofounder and executive director at fast fashion giant Shein, Ren is in charge of the company's supply chains.

Founded in 2012, Shein today has more than 10,000 employees serving customers in more than 150 countries.

In the U.S. alone, Shein has more than 1,500 corporate and warehouse employees in cities including Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

CEO Sky Xu and other cofounders Molly Miao and Maggie Gu are also billionaires.

Facing regulatory hurdles to an IPO in the U.S., Shein has been mulling a London listing.
