Renato Monteiro dos Santos is one of the partners of BTG Pactual Holding, the holding company of BTG bank, with about 2/3 of its assets.

Banco BTG Pactual is a Brazilian investment bank and asset and wealth manager that was founded in 1983 and now has with more than 1 billion reais ($200 million) under management.

He began his career at BTG Pactual in 1997 as a trader and now serves as senior vice president of the bank, responsible for its Latin America Treasury Department.

dos Santos is a member of BTG's managers group -- the 'Top Seven Partners' -- together with fellow billionaire Roberto Balls.
