Rezwan Razack cofounded Bangalore real estate outfit Prestige Estates Projects with his brother Irfan, also a billionaire.
He's the joint managing director of Prestige.
Razack started out working in the family's textile and apparel business.
Today, Prestige's portfolio includes 300 completed projects across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality segments.
He works together with older brother Irfan and younger brother Noaman.
