Biography

Romano Minozzi is the founder and president of Iris Ceramica Group, a ceramics multinational based in central Italy.

Minozzi derives most of his wealth from his stock holdings in SNAM and Eni, two publicly traded eneegy companies in Italy.

Minozzi cofounded Iris Group in 1961.

While he still serves as the president of Iris Group, his daughter Federica is the CEO.

Iris Ceramica owns subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Spain and Portugal.
