Biography

Ruan Xueping is the vice chairman of Shanghai-listed power strip supplier Goneo Group.

It's formerly known as Gongniu Group, which means bull in Chinese.

Ruan cofounded Gongniu with his elder brother Ruan Liping, also a billionaire, in 1995.

Both brothers hold Hong Kong citizenship.
