Biography

Rufino Vigil Gonzalez is a Mexican steel baron and chairman of specialty steel firm Industrias CH.

In 2001 the company bought just under 83% of Grupo Simec, a steel smelter with factories in Guadalajara and Mexicali.

He owns about 63% of Industrias CH, which has operations in Mexico, Canada and the U.S.
