Biography
Samuel Tak Lee owns property company Langham Estate, which manages a swath of prime retail and office space in London's West End.
Lee reportedly sold part of his 1.3 million-square-foot property portfolio in the West End for £340 million ($430 million) in 2024.
His property holdings also stretch from Hong Kong to Geneva.
In 2020, Lee sold his entire stake in London-based Shaftesbury, a publicly traded real estate company, at a discount for $589 million.
