Biography
Seifeddin Rustamov owns 96% of Metafrax Group, one of the largest producers and exporters of methanol in Russia and Europe.
Metafrax owns a methanol factory in Perm region and company Metadinea for the production of synthetic resins which has factories in the Moscow region, Perm region and Austria.
Rustamov is a former partner of billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, who privatized chemical plants in the Perm region in the 1990s.
