Biography
Timothy Dunn is founder and CEO of Crownquest, a family-owned oil business based in Midland Texas.
In 2024 Occidental paid $12 billion for CrownRock, the Permian oil JV between CrownQuest and Lime Rock Resources.
Dunn also founded his own K-12 school, Midland Classical Academy, with 750 students; and regularly preaches at Midland Bible Church.
Dunn continues to manage oil and gas royalty holder CrownRock Minerals.
